A new company specialized in cold-chain solutions in Taicang City, Kunbo became the first in Jiangsu Province to complete the opening of medical insurance account in a streamlined administration service.

The city’s Administrative Approval Bureau cooperated with Healthcare Security Bureau to launch the efficient service on December 3. This means when a new company is waiting for handling of six matters, such as business license and bank account, the medical insurance account will also be processed at the same time. It needs half a day to have all seven matters done, a great progress than practices in the past.

What leads to the progress is the one-stop e-governance system. After a new enterprise is registered with the administrative approval department, departments connected with the system can share the data in real time and thus improve the efficiency.
