Jiangsu Province had fully vaccinated 80.8% of residents, over 68.5 million people, by November 15.
The province already administered 145 million doses of COVID-19 shots to more than 76 million people. At least 5 million children aged between 3 and 11 have received their first dose of the vaccine, about 61% of the total.
Cities in the province have taken a series of measures to help children take vaccines. To cope with emergencies, ambulances and paediatricians are allocated to vaccination centers.
