University students from China and South Korea joined a summer camp held in Nanjing and Yancheng cities from July 4 to 7.
Organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, the program aimed to enhance the exchange between Chinese and Korean youths, guide job-seeking and entrepreneurship efforts, and contribute to the province’s goal of becoming a powerhouse of talent.
Forty-six top-performing students from five universities - Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Hohai University, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, and Nanjing Normal University – visited the Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone and the China- South Korea (Yancheng) Industrial Park.
In the four days, they participated exchange at enterprises such as LG Energy Solution, SK Innovation’s SK On, Linghang Technology, which is the operator of Chinese ride-hailing platform T3 Mobility, and Human Horizons.
Yancheng also held a networking meeting to facilitate internship opportunities for students in enterprises specialized in the fields of new energy, new materials, and artificial intelligence.
