Jiangsu’s four airports received the excellence rating in the 2023 Civil Airport Service Quality Evaluation Report, jointly released by the China Civil Airports  Association and the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology.

The airports honored are Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Huaian Lianshui International Airport, Lianyungang Huaguoshan Airport, and Wuxi Shuofang Airport.

The report evaluated 106 airports with an annual passenger throughput exceeding one million (according to 2019 statistics). These included 41 airports with 10 million passenger trips and above, 33 airports with 2-10 million, and 32 with 1-2 million.

For airports handling 2-10 million passenger trips, the evaluation covered five dimensions: passenger satisfaction, airline satisfaction, flight operation, professional review and complaint management.
