TIANJIN, May 24, 2021 -- The fifth World Intelligence Congress, a major artificial intelligence (AI) event in China, kicked off in north China's Tianjin Municipality on May 20, highlighting frontier AI technologies and applications.

The four-day event, with the theme of "New Era of Intelligence: Empowering New Development, Fostering New Pattern," has attracted the participation of over 240 AI companies and institutions.
