China's high-quality development will bring more opportunities to the global economy, according to Charles Onanaiju, Director of the Center for China Studies in Nigeria.

He says China's new development paradigm of "dual circulation," where domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other with the domestic market as the mainstay, enables China to engage itself rigorously to develop core technologies that will help deliver quality development.

"Quality development will also have a multiplying effect on the rest of the world," he said, adding that "dual circulation" will increase global access to Chinese markets and will link China's markets more closely to the world.
