BEIJING, March 4 -- China's top political advisory body started its annual session Thursday in Beijing, kicking off the country's major political season of the year that will pool the strength for fully building a modern socialist country.
Chinese President Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders attended the opening meeting of the session at the Great Hall of the People.
