CITTC 2022 roadshows feature Australia and Norway technologies

As a part of the 8th China Jiangsu Conference for International Technology Transfer and Commercialization (CITTC 2022), technology roadshows for Australia and Norway sessions have recently been held online.

Five professors from the University of Sydney and representatives from six high-tech companies introduced projects in remote sensing of soils, smart agriculture, Wi-Fi system for greenhouse and regenerative agriculture.

A total of 32 representatives of industrial parks and enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region attended the online meeting and exchanged ideas with foreign counterparts.

Noting that China's demand for high quality agriculture and food is growing rapidly, Austrade’s Trade and Investment Commissioner in Guangzhou, said Austrade will continue to promote business and R&D collaboration between China and Australia and there’s great room for agricultural cooperation.

Rolf Almklov, Commercial Counsellor of Norwegian Embassy in China and China Director of Innovation Norway, called the Yangtze River Delta the most important destination for Norwegian companies in China. He said more efforts will be made to strengthen cooperation with Jiangsu and the delta region to benefit both sides and this is a right path certainly leading to more achievements ahead.
