The Department of Transport of Jiangsu Province plans to offer unified access to all basic government services by 2025 amid efforts to promote e-governance, according to an action plan released recently.

Jiangsu will enhance the application of digital technologies to streamline the government services, facilitate smart transformation of transport governance, and make the logistics service much more convenient. The province aims to be a frontrunner in digital transformation of transport sector in the country, ensure the data safety and reliability, and advance the initiative to build a pilot zone of modern transport.

The action plan outlines 25 major projects for a collaborative Internet Plus government service system including an integrated supervision platform and a credit management system.
