On May 18, 2025, the "Nanjing Talents Day" officially commenced in Nanjing.

During the opening ceremony, Nanjing unveiled the "Eight New Measures for AI Talent" and launched a series of funds, including the Artificial Intelligence Industry Talent Fund and the Sci-Tech Talent Achievement Transformation Fund, to deepen the integration of technological and industrial innovation. As part of the event, a graduate recruitment fair was held at the Jiangjun Road Campus of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Simultaneously, the city released its Urban Internship Program, offering 30,000 internship opportunities for college students in Nanjing.

Nanjing boasts robust educational and industrial resources, with over 50 universities, more than 120 national-level R&D platforms, and a thriving industrial ecosystem that includes one 800-billion-yuan industrial cluster and six 100-billion-yuan industrial clusters.

From the opening ceremony through early June, Nanjing will host over 10 featured events to further strengthen its talent-driven development strategy.
