Suzhou will unveil its highly-anticipated Ferris wheel on March 28 after completing renovations that began in 2022.

Now known as "Suzhou Eye", the 128-meter-tall Ferris wheel is located on the east bank of Jinji (“Golden Rooster”) Lake in Suzhou, within the core CBD of the Suzhou Industrial Park.

It ranks as the world’s eighth rotary capsule Ferris wheel and the largest over-water one in Asia. Each capsule can accommodate 25 people, with one rotation lasting approximately 30 minutes. Ticket prices range from 120 yuan on weekdays to 150 yuan on weekends and 180 yuan on public holidays.

“Suzhou Eye” has leveraged its unique geographic location and the rich cultural heritage of the Jiangnan region, blending the natural scenery of Jinji Lake with modern commercial elements.
