The exhibition, held in the Guli area of Nanjing’s Jiangning District, featured a variety of cuisines prepared by 25 chefs from major restaurants and ICH inheritors in Nanjing. It provided an excellent opportunity to explore the preservation and innovation of iconic dishes recognized as ICH.
