Nanjing ranked second among China’s 42 key cities in terms of development potential in the "2022 Competitiveness Index of Green Building Development in Chinese Cities." During the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025), Nanjing has expanded its green building area by approximately 53 million square meters.
