Many cities in Jiangsu have rolled out online memorial services ahead of the Tomb-Sweeping Day, a time when Chinese pay tribute to their deceased family members and ancestors.
According to statistics, Jiangsu usually reported over 30 million trips made during the holiday to spruce up loved ones' graves and make offerings to their spirits. This year all cemeteries in the province are closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
