Cyber stars and social media influencers have joined representatives from Internet companies, groups, regulatory authorities and media platforms in an event held in Huai’an on January 6.

In last year, Huai’an made great strides as well as groundbreaking progress in promoting online culture, information management, cyberspace governance and safety.

Through well-organized and coordinated efforts, Huai’an launched a slew of Internet marketing campaigns for important occasions, such as the high-speed railway, Mid-Autumn Festival, new bridge across the Grand Canal, and highlights in rural development. Through such efforts, more and more people have become aware of the rich resources in Huai’an and fall in love with the city.

Zhou Yi, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Huai’an Committee and also head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Huai’an Committee, and Wang Honghong, deputy mayor of Huai’an, also joined the event.
