BEIJING, July 27 -- Chinese health authority said Monday that it received reports of 61 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland Sunday, including four imported cases and 57 locally-transmitted ones.
Forty-one of the 57 locally-transmitted cases were reported in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 14 in Liaoning Province, and two in Jilin Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report.
No deaths related to the disease or new suspected COVID-19 cases were reported Sunday.
