As one of the three major sporting events in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), the 16th Lake Cup Regatta will be held on Jinji Lake from October 16 to 19. Jinji, literally “Golden Rooster”, is a fresh water lake located in the heart of SIP and a popular tourist attraction.

This year’s event features a diverse program, including night races and a treasure-hunt race, aiming to combine professional sport with public participation.

More than 260 participants from over 10 countries, including the United States, Russia, Switzerland and Italy, have registered for the event.
