This photo, taken on May 18, 2025, shows the opening ceremony of the 2025 Red-Crowned Crane Yellow Sea Wetlands Tourism Festival, hosted by Yancheng Municipal Government.

Yancheng is home to 582-kilometre-long coastline and more than 4,550 square kilometers of Yellow Sea wetlands. Running through to September, the festival includes special offers at 25 scenic spots, including the Holland Flower Park, Yellow Sea Forest Park and Dazong Lake.
