A record 3,348 companies from Jiangsu are participating in the 137th edition of the China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, taking place from April 15 to May 5 in Guangzhou.

This global fair features about 74,000 booths and some 31,000 participating enterprises across a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters. It will focus on advanced manufacturing, home furnishings, and products that enhance quality of life.

For the first time, the fair introduces a dedicated zone for service robots. The province’s eight robotics companies, including Suzhou-based Alpha Robotics, are presenting innovative products such as humanoid robots, cleaning robots, and joint modules, demonstrating Jiangsu’s strength in intelligent manufacturing.

In addition, 23 Jiangsu companies will debut new products during the fair, and 20 creative products from the province will compete for the fair’s Design Award.
