Preparation for Qinhuai Lantern Festival in full swing

Artisans from Zigong City in Sichuan Province are making colored lanterns in Bailuzhou Park in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province on January 18, 2021 as part of the time-honored Qinhuai Lantern Festival.

Zigong has a long history of making colored lanterns.

The festival will open on February 4 with lantern creations mainly in the Temple of Confucius, Laomendong historical and cultural block, and Bailuzhou Park.
