On March 12, Juneyao Airlines announced that it will launch a direct round-trip daily flight between Nanjing and Kobe starting on April 19.

The route will be serviced by the Airbus A320, departing daily at 11:30 am from Nanjing Lukou International Airport and arriving at Kobe Airport at 3:00 pm. The return flight departs from Kobe Airport at 4:00 pm local time and arrive in Nanjing at 5:30 pm.

During the summer and autumn flight seasons, Juneyao Airlines will increase its routes from Nanjing to Japan to three, operating four daily flights to major cities including Osaka, Nagoya, and Kobe.
