The Symposium on ASEAN-China Public Health Cooperation opened in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province on May 21.

With the theme of "Cooperation and Development for a Win-Win Future", the meeting was held both online and on-site. The main topics included cooperation in vaccination, prevention and control of infectious disease, and medical technology. Xuzhou also held talks to deep cooperation with ASEA and member countries of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

Xuzhou also signed a memorandum of cooperation with the China-ASEAN Center to strengthen and deepen cooperation and exchanges with both the center and RECP member countries.
