Lou Qinjian, secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, visited the provincial Department of Natural Resources on March 23 and presided a meeting to support high-quality development in the coastal areas.

Lou met the department’s task force for spatial planning, visited an exhibition of natural resources achievements, and enquired efforts of natural resources protection, development and utilization.

In giving full recognition of the success of natural resources work in recent years, Lou called a good understanding of the mission, tasks and requirements in the new development stage, and urged efforts to adopt a systematic approach in promoting the high-quality development of coastal areas.
