Nanjing releases 100 measures to improve business environment
The CPC Nanjing Committee and the municipal government held a press conference on February 23 to roll out the latest 100 measures designed to improve the business environment, eight of which are the first of their kind in China.
The measures focus on streamlined government services, targeted regulation, improved services and development support, rule of law, and pilot projects to deepen reform.
Among the measures, the city will fully promote a pilot move which was introduced in 2019 and allows an enterprise to acquire three construction permits within one working day immediately after signing the land transfer agreement.
Nanjing will also build an enterprise service platform to not only publicize the business support policy but also allows online processing of matters within 15 working days following the release of policy.
The city will explore the implementation of a "dormancy" system for enterprises that have temporary difficulties, allowing market players (non-listed companies) to apply for activating or terminating "dormancy" according to their actual needs.
