Wuxi Airport Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park unveiled

On February 3, the Wuxi Airport Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park was launched with a signing ceremony for enterprises contracting into the settlement in the park.

The Airport Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a project contract with SF Express, China’s leading delivery services and logistics company, and planned to upgrade the SF Industrial Park at No. 8 Huayou 3rd Road into the SF (Wuxi) Cross-border E-commerce Demonstration Park. It plans to attract upstream and downstream enterprises to land in the park within three years.

SF Airlines, a subsidy of SF Express, is the largest courier airline in China, providing cross-border B2C and e-commerce express services in 225 countries and regions. SF Express and the development zone have built two industrial parks, equipped with smart logistics technology, Internet application, supply chain, finance, and big data. Efforts have been made to develop integrated service parks for regional innovation and coordinated development.

Up to now, nearly 100 enterprises have settled in the industrial park, with an output value of about 2 billion yuan in 2020 and tax revenue exceeding 100 million yuan.
