Steps
1) Wash shrimps, marinate with
seasoning (1) for 10 minutes
2) Parboil marinated shrimps in hot
oil until cooked, dish up for use
3) Whisk eggs with seasoning
(2) then add cooked shrimps, whisk again
4) Heat wok with 4 tbsp
of oil, pour in shrimps and egg
5) Stir fry until egg is cooked,
sprinkle chopped spring onion, dish up, serve
