Xingrong Company is a manufacturer mainly engaged in
copper tube, strip and fin fabricating as well as designing, developing and
manufacturing relevant fabrication equipments. Xingrong is located in Changzhou,
Jiangsu Province, a picturesque city in Golden Yangtze Delta Region. The company
was founded in 1993, with a land area of 100,000 square meters adn building area
of 60,000 square meters. Xingrong's total asset is 500 million (USD 60 million).
The company has 1000 employees and among them 200 have technical qualifications.
The annual production capacity of copper tube is 30000 tones. Now Xingrong is an
industry leader in the manufacture of the equipments for the copper tube
production. Xingrong is awarded as high tech enterprise and credited AAA grade
for many years.
In 1994, the chairman of the board, Dr. Xiao Kejian designed the first inner
grooved equipments in China. At the same year, this machine was inspected and
certified by National Metallurgical Ministry. From then on, Xingrong has
supplied up to 85% of total inner groove manufacturing equipment in China.
From 1995, Xingrong started the designing and testing of the Continuous
Casting & Rolling Machine for ACR copper tube. After 5 years of hard
efforts, the equipments were successfully developed and approved by Provincial
Science Development Bureau. The rolling mill was awarded the second price of
Provincial Technology Development Product. Xingrong is the only supplier who can
provide both the complete equipments and cast and roll process for copper tube
in China. Xingrong is also a key supplier of copper tube to many well-known air
conditioners, refrigerators and communication cable producers worldwide.
Guided by "Science & Technology Leads Prosperity", Xingrong puts large
efforts on technology renovation and development. Now the company has some 20
patents. One product is listed as China National key product; four are
provincial high tech products.
Facing new challenge in 21st century, Xingrong will put more emphasis on
technology renovation so as to sustain competitive edge in the industry.
