The second “Tianmu Lake Guqin Concert” kicked off at the Olympic Sports Center in Liyang of Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, on the night of April 9. Inheritors of different Guqin genres gave an extraordinary performance, presenting an audio-visual feast for the audience. The concert is part of the Liyang Tea Festival and Tianmu Lake Travel Mart, which are to open on April 10.

In 2009, Liyang was crowned home of Jiaowei (Burned End) Lyre, one of the four well-known Guqin brands. The art of Guqin was listed into World Intangible Culture Heritages, while the legend of Jiaowei Lyre was included in the List of Jiangsu Provincial Intangible Culture Heritage in 2011.
