The poster solicitation for the 2017 International Poster Biennale For Peace Nanjing officially kicked off on May 17.

The Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders and the Nanjing University of the Arts called for designers from around the world to use their brushes to remember history and peace.

Featuring the themes of "Bear in Mind" and "Future", the biennale invites famous designers, design agencies, design teachers and students at home and abroad, such as those in China, the US, France and Japan, to participate. The call for artwork lasts until October 15, and the organizations plan to showcase 100 pieces out of the at least 2,000 pieces of art they collect. The biennale will be held once every two years in the future.
