2018 Huaiyang Cuisine Master Competition opens in Huaian

The Huaiyang Cuisine Master Competition was held in Huaian City, Jiangsu Province on April 18, attracting 460 master chefs from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and other regions to present the traditional skills and unique charms of Huaiyang dishes.

The featured program is an on-the-spot show that not only shows the masters’ cooking skills but also brings a visual cooking feast to the audience as well.

On the sideline of the main competition, the organizer designated a zone to showcase Huaiyang dishes, which deeply impressed the audience by the variety and innovation in Huaiyang Cuisine.

Prize-winning dishes will be featured at the 2018 China (Huaian) International Food Expo scheduled on April 19.
