Seafood restaurants at Yangcheng Lake compete for honors

Fifty-two seafood restaurants in the Yangcheng Lake Ecological Recreation & Tourism Resort in Xiangcheng, Suzhou, took part in the 2017 "specialty" cooking contest in front of Xifengke restaurant, according to Jiangsu media on September 14. In the theme of the eight major seafood of Yangcheng Lake, the contest presented innovative specialties with the aim to foster the seafood brand of the resort.

The judges selected the top 10 specialties and the Gold Crab, Silver Crab and Copper Crab winners. The medals will be conferred at the opening ceremony of the 2017 Yangcheng Lake Tourism Festival & Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crab Festival to be held on September 21.
