Xuzhou delicacies served at UN headquarters

A series of activities promoting Chinese delicacies was held at the United Nations (UN) headquarters in New York, US, from May 30 to June 2.

Professor Zhu Chengxin from Xuzhou Technician Institute in Jiangsu province was invited to take part as the activities’ deputy general chef who prepared delicious Xuzhou foods for meals at the UN.

Activities at the UN included Chinese intangible cultural heritage foods for lunch and dinner in UN, Chinese intangible cultural heritage cooking demonstrations and a Chinese delicacy banquet.
