The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing will implement new tourism management measures from January 1, demanding tourists to make a reservation in advance and abide by noise control among new requirements.

After introducing the new regulation, the site will cap the number of visitors at 18,000 daily on workdays, and 30,000 on weekends and the public holidays.

Completed in 1929, the mausoleum is in honor of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, founder of the Kuomintang Party and a forerunner of China's anti-feudalism revolution.
