In the ancient Huai’an city, each river-crossing bridge is a record of the city’s reminiscences, from ancient times to present day.

The waterborne overpass project between the Huai River-estuary waterway and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is the largest of its kind in Asia.

The steel-cable bridge of the project looks like two huge dragons, which closely “embrace” the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, becoming a landmark scene of the estuary waterway.
