Ontario minister visits headquarter of Menergy

Reza Moridi, Minister of Research, Innovation and Science of Ontario, paid a special visit to the headquarter of Menergy Corporation in Canada, Feb. 23.

Reza Moridi attended a briefing meeting and learned the achievements and progresses of several cooperative programs in Canada China Innovation City (CCIC). A group of other influential figures in CICC also attended the meeting, including Menergy President James Jiang and vice-president Jiang Xiaojun, Dr. Steven Rothman, executive officer of CICC, Dr. Tang Youzhi, co-chairman of Canada-China Joint Committee on Science and Technology, Linda Zhou, vice-director of Radio Canada International Television, Benson Wang, President of Canadian International Commerce Development Center, and Mike Du, president of Real Land Realty INC., Brokerage.

Supported by the governments of China and Canada, CCIC is an innovation park, initiated by Canada Menergy Corporation and  invested by dozens of Chinese or Canadian companies together. A continuation of First Jiangsu Development Summit, CCIC is an outcome of the 33 years of friendship of Jiangsu and Ontario, as well as a symbol of China’s Belt and Road Initiative extending to North America.
