With the support of her family, Wang Xiyu has insisted on studying and playing tennis, using the spare time to train and participate in competitions during winter and summer vacations. At 12, she was sponsored and came to Beijing for professional tennis training.

It was her last time to compete in the US Open Junior Tennis Championships as she is eager to prove herself in the professional arena. Starting next year, Wang will gradually take on the WTA tour and aim for higher goals.
